South Africa Football star Benni Mccarthy the former Ajax star refuses to leave west ham united after been told he can go,Benni has played for west ham 11 times without a goal since joining from Blackburn Rovers,the club has been complaining of his over weight and lack of form.Report from the club was that he will be pay 1million pounds to terminate his contract but Mccarthy refuses instead he wants to stay and collect his £50,000 a week.He still got a contract that runs till June 2012.
